摘要： 目的总结河南省部分市县开展结核病防治与新农合结合工作的初步经验，进一步修改和完善现行实施方案，制订适合全省的推行政策。方法组织开展河南省结核病防治与新农合结核工作现场经验交流和研讨会，对濮阳市6个市县开展情况实地调查并进行效果评价。结果结核病防治与新型农村合作医疗结合，病人就诊人数增加15%，转诊人数增加20.7%，转诊到位率提高5.4%，规则服药人数增加1.7%。结论结核病防治与新型农村合作是一项全新的工作，对结核病防治领域是一项重大的惠民工程，迫切需要在卫生行政部门的支持下在全省进行推广。

Abstract: Objective To summarize the current experience of combination of tuberculosis (TB) control and new-type rural cooperative medical system (CMS) in some cities and counties in Henan, in order to further modify and improve the present program and to formulate feasible policies for the province. MethodsFieldwork experience exchanging and workshop about the combination was held, and the survey and evaluation were organized in 6 counties in Puyang. ResultsThe combination of TB control and new-type rural CMS increased the consulting number of patients by 15%, the referring rate by 20.7%, the referring arrival rate by 5.4%, and the rate of taking drugs regularly by 1.7%. ConclusionsIt is totally new that the combination of TB control with new-type rural CMS. It is urgent that to extend the project in the whole province with the support of health administrative departments.
